Our Measurements

We took the girls in for a 4 month check last Friday and I just thought I'd share their measurements.

Sofia Flora




weight: 12lbs 1oz (20%)
height: 22 3/4 inches (10%)
head: 15 3/4 inches (25%)

The doctor checked on her soft spot and found that it is fibrosed which means it's thickened but the bones have NOT fused so we're still okay with that. She has great neck control and loves to use her legs to stand up.





Ermira Michelle



weight: 12lbs 7oz (30%)
height: 22.5 inches (5%)
head: 16 inches (20%)

The doctor was a little concerned that Mira is not lifting her head up very well. He told us to give her more tummy time (which she really dislikes). We've been doing that since the visit and she seems to be making some progress. She can lift her head now about 90 degrees. She just doesn't support herself with her arms like Sofia does. Oh well, all in good time.
oh and by the way that is Sofia's fist in the photo of Mira. Mira's cheeks make a good punching bag for her!


These months are passing by way too fast. I want to enjoy every minute that they are little!
