. . . to this??
It seems like only yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital to our little apartment in Volos, Greece. We lived on the top floor of a cute 2 story white house with a cherry tree that grew over our steps. Oresti's parents lived 2 blocks away and we regularly walked there most evenings or they came to us. Our church was a 10 minute walk towards the downtown. The water was another couple of minutes to walk to, where we would stroll up and down in front of the coffee shops along the water. Luli loved to be carried in the sling that I had. It was such a wonderful simple life we had there. Of course we are happy to be here in the States too. Luli is loving being around her Dajo Erik and Mawgy and Baca (Grandma and Grandpa). They came over for her birthday to help celebrate with pizza and pink cupcakes. Luli tried her hardest to blow out her candles but in the end Babi had to help.
