Holiday

Oresti actually had a day off yesterday! In Greece it was a Holy day, celebrating Saint Mary, so no one worked. We hit the road after a leisurely breakfast at home, and went off exploring parts of the Pelion that we hadn't seen before. We randomly picked a beach to go to, hoping it would be nice. Its hard (impossible) to find a not-so-nice beach here. This one was gorgeous! It was farther down the penninsula than we usually go, but so worth it! We spent the day laying on the beach and then playing in the water. It was so relaxing. Afterwards we drove to another nearby beach to see what that was like and were suprised to find lots of people there and lots of restaurants! We felt like we were on an island there, the taverna was right next to the beach and there were lots of little shops. It was so nice! So, we really enjoyed the holiday!
